Dez Three Sixty is an evolution of life, not having a defined beginning or end because Dez believes that all endings are also new beginnings. It also represents being whole, uncompromised, and evolving-growing, etc.

The Driving Force behind Dez Three Sixty!
Being a transformational coach, I know exactly why you’re here, you’re looking for a change to the habits you are currently struggling with that have you feeling misunderstood, stuck, and wasted but I get it. I was there to at one point in my life until I discovered the power of creating balance to deliver harmony to my calling.
My journey to becoming an educator, certified behavior consultant, international motivational speaker, and entrepreneur began a long time ago. I remember very clearly the unmistakable “wake up moment” when I knew that my identity and corporate life were not in alignment with who I was being and becoming.
I figured out that I no longer wanted to be pulled and driven by someone else’s expectations. Although it took many additional life incidents, job restructures, and health issues to completely get clear about my life’s purpose, this story adequately depicts what was the beginning of my journey into becoming a mompreneur and a transformational life coach.
This is a truth that is not often discussed by driven, high functioning, educated women who've chosen to put their careers on hold to be MOM. It is a hidden secret that many of us labor over:

I want to support my sisters that two things can be true at one time, as long as you are crystal clear on your priorities and you’ve created the systems, spaces, and support that will make you successful. Because I TRULY believe that awesome moms will change this world… most importantly by first being awesome moms.
Then by reaching out into the world with their divine gifts and serving passionately and powerfully. And, looking back, this moment was the seed that has grown into Dez Three Sixty.
