I am a transformational coach with the constant goal of helping women master their mindset in order to sustainably thrive in life, love and career through online courses, masterminds, and coaching.
Because there are just too many broken little girls living inside the fully grown bodies of women who are perpetuating brokenness in every area of their unfulfilling lives. And these disordered and completely unnecessary dysfunctional cycles simply have to stop.
And they can stop because there is a solution.
I firmly believe and trust that if God brings you to me, then together we can discover the solution that works for you! Together we can create, we can nurture, and we will transform.
Low self-esteem, abortions, molestation, prostitution, divorce, homelessness and single parenting have together and separately given me a front row seat in my own “classroom of hopelessness”. But with the help of my God, I refused to give in to the unhealthy and festering circumstances that surrounded my youth. Determined not to quit and fully understanding that surviving hard times breeds both strength and resilience, I graduated from Grambling State University with a B.S. in Education and then went forward to receive my M.A. in Guidance and Counseling from Louisiana Tech University.
Committed to becoming the change I wanted to see, I found my calling as a transformational educator, teaching K-12 for over 10 years. Yet I knew that there was more to my life’s assignment of making a difference, so I went on to become an inspirational author, workshop facilitator, empowering speaker and passionate advocate for girls and young women, as well as a certified member of the John Maxwell Team.
Eventually, following my own light, I transitioned from being a transformational educator to a Transformational Coach. My motto is “crisis breeds creativity, courage and critical thinking skills that can turn your life around”, and I strive every day to share this message as the Curator of Dez-Three-Sixty, my multimedia brand that includes a podcast, blog, books and apparel.
Now based in Houston, TX, I’m happily married to the love of my life and gratefully accepting the challenge of raising three gifted children. I also remain a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and serve as the Executive Vice President of MC Lyte’s Hip Hop Sisters Foundation, as well as the Executive Producer of an international radio show, “The Millionaire’s Roundtable.”
“It was so satisfying to talk with someone who was able to offer professional advice, and who really understands where I am and what my goals are. She was always prompt, professional, straightforward and sharp. She didn’t waste any of my time, and I really appreciated that so much.”
“She helped me prioritize my studying and gave me good tips to help me study for my state exam. The feedback and input were very helpful. Desiree is just a constant inspiration for me and to me.”
“Transitions and transformations... finding the rhythm is what we’re doing and allowing God to lead. It’s been a long 7 months, but my breakthrough is here and God is preparing me for my better. Thank you Dez for listening to the spirit. Because of my work with you, my marriage and family dynamic is better than ever before.”
“Diseree helps me change the way I see myself. She’s always making an impact through the ideas that she shares. Two of her best jewels so far are “Don’t allow your past to dominate your future” and “Get rid of stagnating thoughts” because for me I fall into slumps of “what ifs and why nots.” That’s because I never completed high school on time, which led to me not going to college on time, and now I’m 41 and still trying to figure out the right time to go back and get my degree. So I’ve finally made my decision to restart my education. "
“The transformation session helped me to gain confidence to step up and do more to market my business and manage my budgeting techniques, all while incorporating a strong sense of spirituality which really helped a lot. I wasn’t able to be face to face for counseling, but I enjoyed our teleconference sessions always.”
