“My greatest pain has become my greatest blessing, and the world is now the biggest classroom that I’m honored to attend. I am determined not to quit and fully understanding that surviving hard times breeds both strength and resilience.”

-Diseree Clay

She has an ultimate goal to help women master their mindset to sustainably thrive in life, love, and career through online courses, masterminds, and coaching.

She strives to see women live the life they have been destined to live in happiness, health, and peace of mind.

Early in her career, she realized she had a knack for connecting the dots. She tapped into her intuition and built the courage to take risks that would take her role — her life and her business — to the next level. She is always seeing the positive things, even in the worth situation. She loves diversity and aspires to make this world a better place to live for everyone. She speaks life with every message and promotes truth in the hearts and minds of her audience.

Eventually, following her light...

Dez transitioned from being a transformational educator to a Transformational Coach. Her motto is “crisis breeds creativity, courage and critical thinking skills that can turn your life around”, and she strives every day to share this message as the Curator of Dez Three Sixty, her multimedia brand that includes a podcast, blog, books, and apparel.

Diseree utilizes a holistic approach and comprehensive method to empower women to complement their mental health. Her passion grows out of her life-long journey of personal growth, her interest in the human consciousness, professional experiences, and her success in creating an intentional life for herself. She developed a new self-awareness to transform your mindset, behaviors, thought patterns, and beliefs by shifting your mindset.

My Core Philosophies

We are here on purpose, and that purpose is to live abundantly. Living a mediocre life, and struggling on a daily is not how I want to live. I want to thrive, learn, challenge myself, and pour back into others.
Being a mompreneur is a privilege and the coexistence of two of the world’s most extraordinary roles. They can thrive together, and not battle it out for my time or attention.

I believe in speaking our minds, making waves, and respecting others. My favorite saying, one I speak to our kids every single night, is “All Fatih, No Fear.” And this is my life’s philosophy, one that I hope to pass on to the next generation.
